Participant Information

The scope of this Work Group is IT-related standardization for information associated with or about learners, and it’s supporting technologies.

There are four ongoing projects approved by SC36:

1. Conceptual Reference Model for Competencies and Related Objects (project 24763)
2. Competencies and Skills Management Architecture Study (6-months),
3. M-Learning NWI proposal, and,
4. Participant performance information (project 19787),

Published standard (24703):

• Participant identifiers (posted as 36N 0517 - http://jtc1sc36.org/doc/36N0517.pdf and as WG3 N0082). This was published as ISO/IEC 24703 in 2004.

The following project was transferred to WG7 during the September 2005 meeting:

• Participant accommodation information (Project 19786).
